As the Removals General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the business, leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to team members.
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Removals General Manager to work for our established family-run Removals client, offering domestic and business services internationally, from their base in Warwickshire.
Your role will be to allocate the appropriate resources to jobs, ensuring you stay within the estimated costs, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is always being provided.
This role will be responsible for maintaining the UK CRM system - hygiene, performance and upgrades.
We are working with a extremely well-known, European leading organisation on the lookout for a CRM Administrator to join their team in Warwick on a 15 month FTC.
To train and promote it's use effectively across the UK teams, with activities including (but not limited to) training, issue resolution, working with Group CRM team on strategic projects and delivering continuous improvement to the local UK users.
The role encompasses the management of existing customers, principally the receipt of orders, query and compliant handling, and regular outbound communication in order to grow sales through upselling and product gap fill.
The candidate will be responsible for a mixture of customer accounts, including key accounts that are assigned to you.
To provide comprehensive customer service support to the company's customer base, both direct and online customers
