We are recruiting for a Purchasing Manager for a reputable organisation based in Warwickshire on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for: Managing the Purchasing & Order Processing functions to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and effective processes Managing, motivating and developing the team of 5 to take ownership of the team objectives Identifying and implement process improvements including working with other departmental managers to change and improve business-wide processes Checking production capacity, scheduling orders and generating order confirmations for customers Sourcing equipment, goods and services as well as leading on strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend The ideal candidate will: Have experience of the above duties Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate within the business and with customers Leadership and team management skills Have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
