My well known client based in Watford is looking for a German Customer Service Representative with an additional European language excellent communication skills with both oral & written fluency, in English and at least one of the following languages, is a requirement:
Job Summary
To be responsible for the whole order management process, from placing the orders until the goods have arrived at the customer side.
This requires liaising and working closely with other departments of the organisation.
A local council are in search of a Customer Service Officer to join their team

The Role
Our customer service professionals are the primary relationship with our internal and external customers; either by direct or virtual contact, ensuring customers receive a high-quality customer experience.
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
