You will form part of a high calibre team responsible for delivering a range of corporate secretarial and governance, advising a portfolio of clients on compliance matters, including (but not restricted to) annual statutory requirements, routine company changes and share capital changes.
And attending to any notarisation/apostille requirements.
You will be corresponding directly with both clients and third parties, and will be expected to adhere to Ad Hoc requests and administrative matters (authorised signatory requests, board minute extracts, secretary certificates, auditor requests, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
Secretary to various boards, organizing meetings, and preparing board packs.
You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded Specialist Law Firm as their Secretarial Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
This newly created role will involve looking after a team of 11 Secretaries who are based in London and Reading.
The firm have very modern and luxurious offices in the heart of the City of London where you will be working 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
