Your new role
- Drafting work agendas for the Governance Team
- Preparing meeting minutes and packs for the Board.
- Drafting proposals and engagement letters.
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- Proofreading of documents.
- Inbox management
- Compliance administration - AIM Rules compliance checks and updates.
- Monitoring timesheets and preparing time data reports.
- Answering the phone and fielding queries.
- Meeting room management and organising catering.
- Ordering office supplies and stock.
- Data entry.
- Streamlining client management.
- Filing, photocopying and scanning - uploading documents to an e-filing system.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 + years of experience in an administration role
- Have a strong understanding of the day-to-day of a company secretarial department.
- Highly organised and an excellent communicator.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word.
- The ability to travel to the office 5 days a week.
