My client, a successful national organisation with 33 offices across the UK, is looking to recruit a Collections Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis due to growth.
Provide support and co-ordinate on-site meetings and events in ways that ensures a meeting/event organiser receives the support that they require.
Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders (this includes customers, colleagues, suppliers, and visitors to the site).
Be the first point of contact for site visitors, provide a full reception service (including the management of incoming telephone calls), and ensure that the reception area and all other public areas of the site are clean, welcoming, and give an excellent first impression.
To support the Head of Corporate and Community Fundraising with the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy, income/expenditure budgets and operational plans.
Full-time: Hybrid Working - The ability to work "occasional" evenings and weekends
You must hold a valid UK driving license and access to the vehicle.
Working as part of the Fundraising Department this role has responsibility for developing and growing income from new corporate partnerships, as well as optimising opportunities with existing corporate supporters.
