Commercial Assistant / Contracts Assistant - for our client in Surrey that operate within the Civil Engineering and Construction sector, both commercially, in bespoke domestic projects and in agricultural groundworks.
The Commercial Assistant / Contracts Administrator will be assisting the running of fast paced projects such as Fencing, Landscaping and planting, Land drainage, Highways and large ground works projects.
Commercial Assistant / Contracts Administrator will be working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers the role will be Office based with some site visits so the candidate will have to hold a UK Driving licence.

Our client has a significant commercial major loss team operating across the south from Land's End to Dover and it now requires an additional two major loss surveyors to complement the existing team of three.
You will deal solely with commercial losses in excess of £100,000 and regularly in excess of £1 million.
You will provide technical guidance and support in respect of major and complex building losses utilising your extensive knowledge just applying it in a different direction.
