My client is seeking a Property Manager with a passion for progressive rural/commercial lettings and a proven track record in property management and development.
This role involves overseeing tenant management, leading development projects, handling property and land transactions, strategic planning and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, commercially driven and possess a keen eye for detail.
OUR CLIENT is an established and recognised real estate owner / investor who are expanding and are now looking for an Asset Manager to join the Team and work on a commercial portfolio of London based retail and industrial properties.
THE ROLE
Familiarity with standard commercial lease terms and ability to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents.
Negotiating and dealing with tenants' lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expiries.
As the Asset Manager, you will oversee a mixed use commercial and residential portfolio including a growing restaurant business of over 200 sites in the UK,

Over the past 20 years there has been a dominant expansion of the group leading the company to purchase a number of retail park investment and development sites.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
