Commercial Property Manager

Location - East London

We have a role doing:

  • Manage all aspects of property management, including service charges, landlord & tenant matters, health & safety, and day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties.
  • Oversee a varied portfolio across London and the UK.
  • Coordinate property maintenance with third-party contractors, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team on service charges, rent invoicing, year-end reconciliations, and financial inquiries.

You are....

  • 3-5 years+ of experience in commercial property management. RICS qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office IT systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
