Lettings Consultant & Property Manager - Overview
Our clients are a successful business within the Residential Lettings/Management sector.
They are seeking a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to take the lead with pro-actively managing a 100 strong Lettings Portfolio to an exceptional standard, whilst also bringing on new property instructions to the market.
General
The most important aspect is delivering the very best service to the portfolio, so an ARLA qualified Lettings & Property Management professional will be preferred; certainly an individual with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all Lettings legislation and having significant experience within the sector either currently or previously.
Temporary, Full Time and Part Time (minimum 3 days per week) applications considered
£450-£500 per day; Inside IR35
