We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for our public sector client in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £41.76 per hour inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office 2 days per week as a min.

The role

Remuneration

THE ROLE
Familiarity with standard commercial lease terms and ability to fully interpret lease terms from leasing documents.
Negotiating and dealing with tenants' lease events including rent reviews, break clauses and lease expiries.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
