We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a successful team.

As a Commercial Manager, you will manage commercial accounts, deliver commercial department growth, maximise commercial project opportunities and increase project revenue to meet targets.

Job Purpose

Manage commercial accounts, drive department growth, maximize project opportunities, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management:

  • Support and develop commercial customers and prospects with regular meetings.
  • Engage with façade management companies in London and the South East.
  • Handle commercial project enquiries and manage projects from leads to orders.

Location & Collaboration:

  • Based in London/South East for easy access to key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with the project team.
  • Work with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams for market feedback.

Market Engagement:

  • Create business plans aligned with strategy.
  • Engage with UK and international commercial fabricators.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Technical Expertise:

  • Knowledge of façade industry, cladding, SFS, and roofing.
  • Support smaller commercial fabricators.

Customer Interaction:

  • Host meetings and visits at the Design Studio.
  • Manage data in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Knowledge of the fenestration or related industry.
  • Strong relationships with main contractors and fabricators in London and the South East.
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Logikal).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to success.
