About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving forward and developing marketing strategies for the Commercial, Competition, and Trade practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including partners and external organisations, to enhance the profile of these practice areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creating best-in-class sales collateral and legal updates.
  • Managing events, including those with a global focus.
  • Collaborating with international support functions to provide seamless service.
  • Supporting client targeting and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior marketing managers and practice leads to drive marketing efforts.
  • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns using various routes to market.
  • Create and manage practice-based sales materials and legal updates.
  • Organise and manage events, ensuring a global perspective.
  • Collaborate with other support functions to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Translate practice group messaging into sector-specific marketing for clients.
  • Support key partners in client targeting and business development.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services firm with international offices.
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritise activities that deliver value to the business.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and client-specific issues.
