The successful candidate will be required to take ownership of a customer's request from the identification of the need up to the closure of the file with the aim to maintain our high levels of service.
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate the spares and service activity within the aftersales department for our clients UK based customers.

As Sales Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include
