Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a Business based in Barnsley in their search for an Export Administrator. You will work with the Operations Team to ensure the efficient delivery of finished products, ensuring to adhere to all export regulations.

As Export Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare all documents on behalf of the business including commercial invoices
  • Liaise with third party freight forwarder to organise export
  • Oversee order administration processes, ensuring accuracy from sales order acknowledgment to invoicing
  • Handle the preparation and management of paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, as well as specific country and customer requirements, for export documentation
  • Accurately raise invoices and credit notes
  • Effectively resolve transport queries
