A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Community Care Coordinator to join our well-established, hard-working and fun team at our Homecare Service at Excelcare Homecare covering the vibrant Tower Hamlets area of East London.
With previous experience as a Community Care Coordinator, Field Care Supervisor or extensive experience as a Home Care worker ready to make the next step you will be passionate about providing the highest quality care to our service users.
The majority of your time will be spent working with the community - visiting service users in their own homes, as well having dedicated time within the office to complete necessary documentation.
