The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and providing administrative support to the accounts department.
Main Duties
Code and enter purchase ledger invoices into the accounting system, ensuring correct cost centre allocation and approval.
JOB PURPOSE:To provide essential administrative support to the buying team to ensure the smooth day to day running of thebuying cycle for New Collection Jewellery, ensuring clear and accurate communication both internally withother departments and externally with our suppliers.
Setting up and maintaining the product Delivery Schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing Purchase Orders from creation to delivery, in line with the departments critical path.

Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator who has previous experience working within a busy Finance Team, covering Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger is required for a fast growing and innovative Engineering and Fabrication company based in Rochester, Kent.
Successful candidates will need a solid background working within a busy Finance Team and will need to have experience using Xero or a similar accounting package such as Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite etc.
