As a Housing Solutions Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and support to individuals seeking housing solutions within the organisation.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
My client is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis with the possibility of making the role permanent in the coming months.
The purpose of the role will be to assist with the purchase and sales ledger and deal with any accounts administration needed.
The ideal person for this role will have worked in either purchase ledger or sales ledger in the past and be confident working on Sage Line 50 and Excel.
We are currently seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to join the team starting the 10th June.
The role involves providing first-time solutions for customers via telephone and email, ensuring excellent quality of service within agreed handling times.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in a contact centre and comfortable in a multi-screen environment.
