The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of Collections Advisors ensuring consistent performance against their key performance indicators.
In addition to effectively managing the team's workloads and targets, providing operational support, direction and coaching.
They will be required to manage a large portfolio of service charge accounts and to maintain contact with account holders to ensure that payments are kept up to date, issuing letters and statements where necessary.
They will be responsible for authorising payment plans and checking that these are maintained.
The post holder will work as part of a specialist team with responsibility for collecting service charges.
The Block Management Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative side of the business working for a team of portfolio managers.
You will be typing, undertaking mail merges, answering the phone, directing calls, dealing with clients and contractors, arranging meetings and appointments, updating spreadsheets and preparing weekly / quarterly reports.

The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
