Perform a range of administrative tasks including diary management and coordinating with various external partners such as agents, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
Manage all communication and correspondence with clients and key stakeholders.

Please note, this role is to offer support whilst we recruit for the permanent position, we would therefore need the successful candidate to commit to the full 6-8 weeks to ensure continuity.
The role focuses on supporting the office with administrative tasks such as maintaining data integrity and supporting the Executive Assistant with marketing and diary-based tasks.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy of company mailing lists and CRM data, helping to coordinate meetings and events and assisting with marketing initiatives.
Negotiate rates with carriers / hauliers / suppliers and confirm availability of equipment and agree prices where no tariff exists, to maximise cost-effectiveness.
Receive customer quotations via varying methods - email / online portal etc.
