Hybrid 3 days office 2 from home
The Role:
- Providing full administrative support to a busy design team.
- Maintaining detailed files and records.
- Liaising with overseas suppliers.
- Chasing samples / Sending out samples
- Dealing with all incoming samples and sending out comments to Far East suppliers
- Answering incoming calls and queries
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
Skills Required:
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools - should show advanced skills in excel
- Be able to present and understand sales forecasts and figures.
- Excellent communication skills, would need to Liaise with account managers and senior management on daily basis
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
