As a Specialist Health & Wellbeing Coach you will provide evidence-based dietary and behaviour change services via one-to-one and group-based service deliver and ensure operational safety of weight management group programmes.
The Specialist Health & Wellbeing Coach provides individually tailored diet, nutrition, and behaviour change advice to service users / participants (adults and/or children, young people, and families) to manage their weight and make sustainable changes to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
As part of this you will support your caseload to implement experiments, track behaviours, utilise tech enabled support, make best use of resources, support each other, explore / use wider community provision and achieve their outcomes.

This role plays a key part in the delivery of a new government funded programme that offers an early-intervention work and health support and assessment service.
This provides holistic support to overcome health-related barriers to employment, and a single, joined-up gateway to other support services.
Be the coach and mentor and be the principle highly trusted contact to build strong positive relationships, guide, motivate, challenge, encourage and help customers obtain sustainable employment.
Support customers to address their barriers to employment by individual tailored packages of support so they have the necessary skills and confidence to secure and sustain employment.
Achieve delivery targets by working with customers to identify employment opportunities and support them into and during employment.
Are you a sports coach or LSA with a background or interest in sports or PE?
Perhaps you're a recent graduate or coach interested in a rewarding and positive post working on a 1:1 basis at a sports club and helping a pupil with Numeracy and Literacy?
LSA or sports coach required to work 1:1 at an educational facility based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire - ASAP Start - 9:30-3:30 post, 4x days a week paying £85 a day
