The heart of the Emergency Call Handler role is to arrange help for our vulnerable clients when they need us the most. Calls can vary considerably. Sharing our purpose and team spirit, you will play your part every day. With a cool head, you'll be handling varying calls, anything from providing reassurance, actioning accidental calls, test calls, to contacting emergency services. Salary: £18,337.45pa (30 hour role) (£11.54ph - £13.10 inc holiday pay) starting rate rising to £18,584.48pa (£11.67ph - £13.25 in holiday pay) upon successful completion of probation.
