Brokerage Officer
- Temporary role to start ASAP until 31st March 2025
- Hybrid role, must live close to Bournemouth central to apply as there is office attendance
- Hours 37 per week
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
About the positon-
The role is working with the Learning Disability Team
Negotiating care packages for service users who have learning disabilities
Contacting care providers to ensure the service users' needs are met, both for care and for their individual backgrounds
Must have excellent communication skills
Ideally you will have worked within the care sector previously, and have a good understanding of learning disability needs
Admin duties will be sending out letters, updating the system with accurate details, liaising with care providers, and with the finance team , customer service focused.
You will have good IT skills, able to use and update Excel and work over MS office, to include TEAMS
