As part of our growth and development, we have a new Head of Repairs and Maintenance who is creating a new management team to enable us to continue to bring work inhouse.
This role is responsible for analysing performance data to drive efficiencies and behaviours across the wider team, ensuring that repairs are fixed in full, on time, and first time wherever possible.
