The role - Client Support Administrator My client provides outsourced business services to the Insurance Industry Duties will include: This role involves dealing with enquiries from clients both via email and phone, most queries come in via a shared inbox. The nature of the enquiry will dictate whether this is handled by the representative or passed on to specific member of staff within the business. There will also be several daily internal administrative tasks required for completion in line with responding to client queries. You will be fluent in English both spoken and written, have a positive manner, be a quick learner, self-motivated and able to operate independently but within the training framework. This is a responsible and important role, and the right person will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 4 weeks paid holiday and pension with a progressive approach to salary reviews.
