You will be joining our Central Adviser Hub on a full-time, 12-month fixed term and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,639 per annum increasing to £32,612 per annum following successful completion of a 6 months probation period.
Respond to incoming client communications, ensuring timely follow-up as required.
Responding to client enquiries on all incoming channels which include telephone, email, secure messages, and live chat, always ensuring the highest possible levels of client service.

Our client who is a UK Investment management company are looking to add a Client Services Consultant to their digital channels team on a 12 month fixed term contract initially on a full time basis.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
