Client Services Analyst - LIMERICK
Atrium UK is looking for an accomplished Client Services Analyst to work within the Client Services and HR Teams as well as the Shared Service Centre. You will interact with internal teams and clients to provide prompt responses and resolving client queries. 3 days onsite, 6mths contract, possibility to extend.
ESSENTIAL:
- Solid Administrator
- Proven Client Services experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Understand risk
- Good confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Ability to plan and prioritise day to day workload to meet client deadlines.
- Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
- Demonstrates an excellent understanding of risk associated with the role.
