We are seeking an organised and professional Corporate Partnerships Admin Support to join our team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team by handling correspondence, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and overseeing the administrative processes of key accounts to ensure smooth operations.
Day to Day of the Role
Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships Team to support the stewardship of existing partnerships, including attending meetings, organising collateral, and responding to queries.

About The Role
Work with & support the businesses Environmental, Social & Governance members and other business stakeholders in order to deliver all aspect of the Environmental management plan and all environmental initiatives across key business impact areas.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused individual to join this small and friendly organisation on an on-going temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, will thrive in a busy working environment and will be able to provide an exceptional level of telephone customer service.
The Receptionist will be the first line of support to customers when they call in and will take an average 100 calls per day.
