Customer Service Administrator

Our client based locally to Camberley are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team for the next 2-3 months. This role requires someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.

Duties:

  • Answer phones and take messages from our customers
  • Log calls on a spreadsheet
  • Forward customer requests to a member of the team when required
  • Updating files on the system
  • Ensuring customers are responded to in line with SLA's
  • Sending information out to customers via post
  • Liaising with external parties

Requirements:

  • Good experience of working in a busy office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
