Our international client requires an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join their team for a minimum period of 6 months
The role is responsible for managing and resolving difficult customer situations once escalated from the Level 2 team.
Key skills are showing empathy and understanding of the customer situation, and identifying solutions that maintain the customer's confidence in the brand whilst balancing the commercials.
As Customer Support & Resolutions Manager, you will lead on our response to complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries, and management of complex and high profile cases, working alongside other colleagues and partnering contractors to identify lessons learned and service improvements.
Our Repairs Services are responsible for the provision and delivery of high quality, effective and responsive estate services and repairs to our customers, residents, homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to complaints in line with our Complaints Policy and Procedure.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
