Principal Responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator
Reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
The role of Client Service Administrator is to provide a high level of administrative support to the client servcing team.
Ensuring client requests are processed in an efficient ad professonal manner, in line with the firms procedures, making sure regulatory requirements are adhered at all times, such as Treating Customes fairly (TFC) and GDPR to ensure the best outcome for clients.
