Client Service Administrator

Seeking to recruit a Client Services Administrator. The Client Services Delivery team delivers on a broad remit which focus on ensuring their client base receives a consistently high level of service provision. As an integral part of the team, the Client Services Administrator will provide administrative support related to all aspects of the team's core functions.

Role's Core Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to team members in relation to a wide variety of tasks
  • Taking minutes of all team meetings led by the Head of Client Services and ensuring they are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling external meetings for the Head of Client Services
  • Daily interaction with technical tools to ensure client records are kept up to date.
  • Building an in-depth knowledge of proprietary case management system
  • Liaising with clients, custodians, and other third parties.
  • Running client reports including preliminary data checks, distribution, and filing.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.

Essential Skills/Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience in the financial or legal services sector. However, consideration will be given to candidates who have worked in other sectors if they can demonstrate the following core skills:

Detail-orientated: a high degree of accuracy is essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, and organisational skills
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage time effectively, juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, problem-solving and use of initiative
  • Takes responsibility and pride in work.
  • A client and team-centric approach and friendly professional demeanour
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change, a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience of and an ability to work successfully within a SME company environment.
