Client Services Administrator £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location:
Ellesmere Port, Cheshire
We are currently looking for a fantastic Client Services Administrator to join a growing Financial Services firm in Ellesmere Port. This is a wonderful chance to become an invaluable part of a dynamic team. This role is to start immediately and is paying up to £30,000 per annum.
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain client records and internal systems
- Process new business applications, joiners/leavers/changes
- Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders
- Process policy renewals and check renewal data
- Issue membership documents and annual renewal accounts
- Answer client queries, providing excellent customer service
- Prepare reports for senior stakeholders
Team Environment:
- Collaborate with the administration team, Manager, Consultants, and Division Directors
- Work towards common goals and create positive results
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience in Employee Benefits (Private Healthcare, Group Risk, Private Dental, Cash Plans, Group Pensions) preferred
- Passionate about providing great customer service
- Excellent telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Problem-solving abilities and active team participation
