The role: Client Relationship / Sales / Business Development / Relationship Manager
About you
You will be an experienced client account / relationship manager with a track record of delivering sales targets through a wide range of products.
Job purpose
You will join QA as a Client Relationship Manager; your focus will be to win new business and grow your account base by nurturing your existing customers as well as acting as a mentor across the team to support them to win business.
Managing a portfolio of clients, including budgeting, cost management, and billing, primarily reporting under FRS 102 and FRS 105.
General
You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a wide range of sectors including retail, media and technology, real estate and construction and energy and natural resources.
Fantastic new opportunity for a Manager to join a large, well established Accounts Team within a top 10 firm, based in Leeds City Centre.
You will be a customer focused individual who is interested in the more commercial side of growing accounts, this is not a business development role, but we are looking for a balance of client management, marketing knowledge and commercial acumen.
Your role will be to review the client portfolio, set the strategy to grow the accounts, work with your team as they will predominately execute the strategy.
Ideally we are looking for an agency individual who has a strong background in client services, client retention and growing marketing accounts.
