Our client is a well-established financial services provider specialising in mortgage and protection solutions. Known for their commitment to delivering tailored advice and building lasting client relationships, they pride themselves on their exceptional service and team-driven success. With a growing client base, they are now seeking a Client Services Manager to support their operations and work closely with brokers to ensure smooth deal progression.

About the Client Services Manager Role
As a Client Services Manager, your primary focus will be managing and organizing client relationships, ensuring smooth and effective communication between clients and the broker team.

Client Services Manager your responsibilities include:

  • Booking and managing a target of 20 appointments per month.
  • Assessing client details to determine suitability for brokers and appraising deals to facilitate decision-making.
  • Managing all client data within the CRM system, including follow-up dates for mortgages and insurance renewals.
  • Answering calls and managing client queries to provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Maintaining a regular schedule of client interactions and follow-ups, including 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Supporting brokers in discussing deals and managing the client onboarding process.

The Client Services Manager Package

  • Basic Salary: £25,000
  • Commission: £200 - £300 per month based on performance.
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office near Wigan/Liverpool, 2 days remote)

**Client Services Manager Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a client management, coordination, or administrative role, ideally within the financial services or mortgage sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing client data.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with brokers and team members.
