Salary: £29,390 per annum

Location: Halifax HX3- Free Car Parking available on-site

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:00pm with 30 minute lunch

The Company: A well established, industry leading Support Services company who provide Facilities Management and Property Maintenance are experiencing an exciting and ongoing time of growth. You'll be joining a company that have been rated one of the top 50 clients for their Customer Service!

Overview of the role: Supervising a team of 7 within the compliance department. You will lead the Compliance Team creating a positive working environment, recognising and promoting teamwork, that will motivate the Team and department to work towards achieving the company's vision. To provide first line supervision and day to day support and motivation to your Team of advisors. This includes problem solving and authorisation of actions in line with company policy / escalation process.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • As a Team Supervisor you will keep a small number of clients and support with their needs

  • To provide first line supervision of, and day to day support and motivation to your Team of advisors. This includes problem solving and authorisation of actions in line with company policy / escalation process

  • To oversee and manage the Team's quote and uplift processes, including progress chasing to ensure that quotes are processed in a timely manner

  • As a Team Supervisor you will work closely with the Team's Customer Account Manager's to ensure that all customers are receiving excellent service, including (but not limited to):

  • Early resolution of any / all queries and 1st line of client escalation.

  • To work with Account managers for Monitoring KPI's and helping to introduce measures to improve performance

  • To work with Account Managers for Monitoring quote conversion rates and helping to introduce measures to improve the conversion rate

  • To take responsibility for 1st line escalating as appropriate

  • To oversee and manage the appropriate elements of the companies new client procedure and on-boarding process

  • To oversee and manage the updating/checking on the internal CRM system- store codes/numbers, address, contact names, telephone numbers, email addresses, region/cost centre allocation etc.

  • To be available and to attend Client meetings both internal and external

  • During periods of staff absence ensure that customer service levels are maintained and clients work is efficiently processed

  • To ensure Team and Department targets and performance measures are met in conjunction with the Helpdesk Manager

  • To assist, as appropriate any first line disciplinary action in line with the company's processes and procedures

  • Assist in the monitoring and control of the Department's performance against company and client KPI's

Team Training / Development

  • To undertake/oversee all new Team members induction and basic training programme
  • To undertake/oversee all Team members client specific training and progress assessments, reporting back to the Helpdesk Manager and assist in any training requirements
  • To carry out training where appropriate on the company's processes and procedures
  • To ensure you are fully trained on all relevant Client dual systems

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or Team leader
  • Previous exposure to compliance -this can be within any industry
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels of the business
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability/confidence to correct and train staff members where needed
  • IT literate- Outlook, Excel, CRM Systems
