We are on the lookout for a Client Relations Administrator to join our client in Edinburgh.
You will be joining the Client Solutions department on a 12-month FTC with a salary of £25,000.
You will be working 35 hours each week, core hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on a rota basis Monday to Friday, including an unpaid break for lunch of 1 hour.
In-Person & Online Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Representative who has previous experience in a similar Customer Support / Customer Contact environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is able to act with diplomacy and tact is required for a well-established organisation based in East London.
