Our client is a consultancy which provides a security service, provide assessments and build a long standing client base. They need a Sales Administrator to coordinate the automated renewals and respond to general enquires which most lead to coordinating the booking of an assessor visit. This role is initial to join the existing team of 4 for a 9 month period and provide customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers daily over the phone and email
- Arrange appointments to the calendar for assessors
Keeping their CRM data up to date
- General office administration
- Handle queries and complaints to resolution
Processing quotations
- Schedule workload on the CRM system
Support other teams with general administration
Skills & experience:
- Previously worked withing customer service and administration within a setting that has required organisation skills.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4pm.
