Join a dynamic and customer-focused team with a prestigious organisation as a Customer Service Advisor in the Splott area of Cardiff. We are looking for team members to support a busy office, delivering exceptional service to valued customers and supporting with administration.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and accurate support to customers via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. Your friendly and enthusiastic nature will shine through as you engage with customers, making them feel valued and understood.

Pay - £11.66 p/h. Weekly pay through Adecco.

Contract - ASAP start with end date in February, however this position has opportunity for ongoing contracts and permanent roles.

Working hours - Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 weekends (8hours shifts between 7:30am - 6pm)

Location - Splott area of Cardiff. Located conveniently between Cardiff Queen Street, Cardiff Central and Cardiff Bay train stations. Free parking on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and helpful assistance.
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrating empathy and patience while listening to customer concerns and finding suitable solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience and share best practises.
  • Working with confidential documents and systems ensuring accuracy.
  • Managing customer queries through shared inbox

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to customers clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
  • A genuine desire to help customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends from time to time.
