Business Development Manager Job Purpose
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our innovative Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, present products effectively, and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will work with one or several Client Account Managers/ Client Account teams.
The post holder will assist the CAM to achieve the client account objectives, ensuring that we deliver and exceed (where possible) on client expectations strategically and in relation to all contractual obligations to include SLA adherence, MI delivery, performance analysis and presentation both internally and externally to the client as well as involvement in client planning and other client governance activities.
Legal Solutions CAMs require a proactive and enthusiastic DCAM to support them in their CAM responsibilities.
