Our client, a specialist medical diagnostic imaging centre based in Central London, have an exciting new opening for an Administration Manager.
As the Administration Manager, you will provide a comprehensive, administrative, secretarial and reception service for the Company alongside overseeing and managing the Administration Team.
The centre provides medical imaging services to the Private HealthCare sector and the NHS.
Your role as an Administrator will be to provide an effective and efficient reception and administration, to provide supporting duties as and when required and a patient orientated service to support the smooth running of the LycaHealth Department.
To ensure that all patient medical records are up to date in line with the consultant records.

The post holder will be required to support the general administrative requirements of One Heart Clinic with particular focus on supporting our patients through the service, in particular when visiting the clinic.

This is a compressed working hours role whereupon you will work 4 x 10 hour days with a day off midweek.

As the Mental Health Act and Administrator you will work as part of the administration team at a 12-bed general adolescent inpatient unit for the care and treatment of young people aged 13 up to the age of 18, where you will work 37.5 hours a week (Maternity Cover 10 months) ensuring the department upholds a confidential and efficient service in accordance with the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended November 2007).
You will be responsible for managing and analysing Mental Health Act correspondence and documentation, this includes undertaking assessment requests, transfer of authority, consent to treatments, renewals of detention, consent to treatments and arranging hearings, tribunals and appeals.
