Reed are working in partnership with a charity providing health and wellbeing services and are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team in Derby. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role and will be office based. Key Responsibilities: Support administrative functions to ensure a customer-focused approach across the service. Contribute to the establishment of integrated administrative standard operating procedures. Assist the Senior Administrator, Team Lead, and Service Manager in maintaining central coordination of activities. Aid in the delivery, development, and integration of Management Information Systems specific to the service. Manage local information governance systems, ensuring the safe storage and transportation of clinical records. Assist with the implementation and promotion of digital services for children, young people, and families. Support the implementation of health and safety requirements to ensure safe work systems. Develop and produce routine performance dashboard reports for supervision, appraisal, and clinical review meetings. Populate activity data reports and contribute to the creation of performance monitoring reports. Ensure effective systems and procedures are in place for service switchboard operations and coordination. Relevant Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a service delivery context. Familiarity with information governance policies and procedures. Competence in managing and implementing Management Information Systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
