My client in Cornwall is looking for an administrator to join their busy team team on a part time basis.
Job Purpose
As an integral part of my clients team, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Directors, Surveyors, Operations and Marketing Manager and colleagues in an effective and efficient manner.
Their work is service led necessitating the ability to work under pressure when required.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to work on a Full Time Basis Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (There is also a requirement to work approx 1 in every 7 Saturdays once fully trained)
Applicants must have experience using Microsoft applications (Particularly Excel & Word), be confident using a desk top PC, and MUST have some general Office experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, customers and colleagues as well as maintaining the day-to-day running of the site from an Administration perspective.
This role will be initially a 3 month temp position, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond this.
