Reporting directly to the Claims Operational Support Manager, the Delegated Technician will take responsibility for providing support to the Claims Operations Team but with a primary focus on supporting the Delegated Claims Specialist.
There is a good degree of flexibility built into this role as this team has a wide area of activity so this role will require an adaptable mindset.
