To run the kitchen during your shift (3 on, 3 off) rota system, preparing food to order and to assist the Kitchen Manager and other relevant Managers with the development and profitability of the restaurant.
Although the current pattern is 3 on, 3 off (11.25-hour AM and PM shifts) this pattern could revert to a 5 on and 2 off, on an 8-hour rota in the future.
General duties to include
Follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant.
