Salary: Up to £25k
Reporting to: Executive Chef/Senior Sous Chef

Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day culinary preparations for the golf course. You will supervise kitchen staff, manage food costs, and collaborate with the Head Chef to develop revenue and expense plans. Your focus will be on maximizing sales and profitability while upholding high standards in quality and customer relations.

About You:

  • Execute all food preparation for various catering outlets, including bar/lounge, snack bar, on-course sales, and function suite.
  • Maintain accurate records, including temperature sheets and food labeling.
  • Implement and uphold effective inventory and shortage controls.
  • Enforce and implement policies and procedures related to the Food and Beverage department, covering personnel management, sanitation, food preparation, storage, health, and safety.

  • Meet performance, appearance, and service provision standards.
  • Sustain existing food programs and develop new concepts/strategies for superior food and service quality.
  • Adhere to personnel policies and health and safety procedures established by the organization.
