The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the 2.0 Enterprise Change Programme and will oversee the management of multiple change initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business objectives.
This role reports to the Chief Information and Technology Officer and will be responsible for working across all areas of the business, leading a team of 20, including Senior PM's/Product Owners, Business Change Partner / Lead Analysts in driving strategic change initiatives.
