Change and Portfolio Director

Human Capital Partners are working exclusively with one of the country's leading property services companies to identify and appoint their Change and Portfolio Director.

This role reports to the Chief Information and Technology Officer and will be responsible for working across all areas of the business, leading a team of 20, including Senior PM's/Product Owners, Business Change Partner / Lead Analysts in driving strategic change initiatives. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the 2.0 Enterprise Change Programme and will oversee the management of multiple change initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business objectives.

An acquisitive Group specialising in conveyancing and property services. They operate through several brands, through 11 offices across the UK and 1500 employees. Their head office is in Leicester.

Our client seeks an experienced change/transformation leader who possesses exceptional leadership, strategic planning, programme and change management skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and managing portfolios.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Change portfolios, programmes, projects, in an Agile complex and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and managing portfolios.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Change portfolios, programmes, projects, in an Agile complex and dynamic environment
  • Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
