Lead Change Management & Enablement Consultant needed to join our team on a contract basis.
The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management & Enablement Lead to spearhead the successful adoption and utilisation of new technologies and processes across our global organization.
In this leadership role, you will own the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies, fostering collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
You would join the Change Pillar division who is responsible for overseeing change activity across the Network by applying the Business Change framework, tools and methodology to help the business to understand, prepare, adopt and embed change.
An organisation within the public sector is growing and they are currently recruiting for a Business Change Manager to join the team a fulltime permanent basis.
The role will be based in central London and you will be offered hybrid working, which is 2 days on site required per week.
